The property is lovely small and reasonably priced and the staff is efficient. The location is lovely, close enough to many restaurants and bars, Very close to Brighton Pier and wonderful Brighton - couldn't be better. You can relax at Bulldog Bar, located nearby. They have a downstairs bar. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

The accommodation was amazing with affable and outstandingly accommodating staff. Magnificent and amazing location right next to Sea Life Brighton Aquarium. So close to pier and all amenities and the `` Brighton Wheel '' at the Pier. Very comfy bed, huge bathroom and a radiator and a new carpet in the room. Great food and hot drinks.
